Is my clavularia alright?

Today it was covered in cyano so I cleaner it with streaming water. It hasn't opened today! Is it alright or not? It wasn't fully covered, just a little. The cyano is in my tank because it is quite a new tank.
Please help!

What kind of streaming water? You probably just p!$$ed it off so it might take a few days for it to open back up. I wouldn't worry just yet.

Oh right, I thought so! I just waved my hand close to the coral to create a stream and wash the cyano off.

Oh ok. I thought you might have given the coral a rinse under the faucet or something.

Assuming your parameters are within reason & the lighting is sufficient it should bounce back to normal in no time. GL.

Hell no! I just didn't know how to describe my method of cleaning with one word. :lolspin:

You were right, the clove polyp was nice again by yesterday.
