That thing is pretty far gone.

That piece on the edge is tissue recession likely caused by a sting,or just the fact the coral is severely bleached/dying.

Is that a Trachyphyllia species (folded brain)? It appears to be completely bleached and the circled spot looks to be dying tissue. Has the coral always looked like this?

yup, it is like that when the first day I bought it. It had in my tank not more than a week. Other's coral was doing great, just this one. If it is a dying tissue, will it only die on the circled spot or the coral will die completely?

Usually bleached coral have no more zooxanthellae, so no way to feed themselves. You can try moving it to the most dimly lit area of your tank and also try spot feeding it some minced pieces of raw shrimp to see if it will take it. Unfortunately corals this far gone are very hard to bring back and will soon start to get attacked by your clean-up crew as they detect the smell of death.

Also, don't go back to the place that was willing to sell you a coral that was in that condition. Says a lot about their business practices.

Take a look at the following link, this is what a healthy trachyphyllia looks like: https://www.google.com/search?q=trachyphyllia+radiata&biw=1024&bih=521&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&sqi=2&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMIxqC804acyQIVhkkmCh14Ygmr
