Is my donut coral spilling guts?

Hi, what's going on with my donut coral? is it dying? only thing that's changed is that the sand anemone moved in very close to it from its old place just today... I'm wondering if it got stung by the anemone? I've moved it away from the nem.

It's most likely poop, but sometimes too much light can cause a coral to expel it's zooxanthellae like that. (not good)

Could be that as well. It's not a HUGE deal if it's expelling zooxanthelae, just means something upset it and it's cleansing itself.

If too much light is in fact the case here, not only is something wrong with the coral, but something needs to be done as well. If left unchecked, it can become a HUGE deal. I'm not willing to play those odds. I would much rather move the coral someplace a little less intense and see how it responds.

sort of off topic, but you have a lot of what looks like bryopsis on that frag. You may want to take care of that.
