Is my frog spawn okay?

Is this normal for a frogspawn to do this? Looks like its going to go flying right out of its Skeleton.

They'll get way, way bigger than that when they're really happy-nothing to be concerned about! One the flip side, don't worry about recession too much either if it's only for a few hours or even a day or two-I've got one LPS that pulls in so far overnight that come morning you can see the skeleton on the side, almost like it's dying. But that's just normal for this torch!

I have a head that looks like it's retracted into it's skeleton, but the frogspawn and torches around it are doing great. Anybody have any idea? It's been like this for about a week now.

that head might be either got damaged somehow or something took a bite out of it. Or it could be polyp bailout
