is my new peppermint attacking my plate?

here's the plate in happy times:

this saturday i added:

1 t. crocea
1 pink zoa
2 peppermint shrimp (had one in there already)
1 cleaner shrimp

everyone seems to be doing great. except the plate. first off, it stopped opening as much as it had in that pic. second, i noticed today that in one spot it's completely closed up, and the polyps seem torn:

i have noticed that one of the (likely new) peppermint have gonne after the mushroom, but i've only seen it during feeding, when everyone seems to be going crazy. i even saw of those *** going after my tailspot goby.

time to banish him to the fuge? what's the story here?

Not sure about attacking it, but my cleaner shrimp is always searching my LPS for food, it's really annoying, it may have had an effect on your coral.
