i guess he is. does a settled RBTA move at all. mine for past 36 hours stays within same 3-4" area in high light and flow, and then at night moves about 6" into hole. my wife wants to buy me a pair of clowns tomorrow but i don't want to unless it's settled. the store only has 5 or 6 small, 1-1 1/2 " beautiful juvenile maroons left. i don't really want to wait to long since he said he doesn't re-up on maroons until he needs regular perculas, and he has tons of them still. a week ago he had 15 or 20 maroons and only 5 or 6 left which i want to try and pair up.

The Anemone will somtimes(not all) move to a different spot at night. If when the lights go on it goes back to the spot u c it in, it means it likes that spot though its just hiding at night.

Maroon clowns are the hardest IME to pair up. Try and c if you can find two that have somewhat bonded at the LFS u mentioned and buy them. Ask the owner or a wroker if youd be able to return them if the begin to harass the anemone.

I need to find the link where Kevin sold a RBTA to I forgot? and his Maroon clowns eneded up killing the newly added anemone.

How big dod u say ur anemone was if its huge I think ud be able to do it smoothly.

Good Luck

PS:So when can we c the anemone? :D

it's pretty big, about 6-7" fully expanded. the maroons are the smallest i ever seen. they had a wild caugght pair but they were really big. the female was a beast. no way.

6-7 inches you should be ok. Try and get a 1.5-2 inch Maroon<--Hoping it be a female and a the tiniest <--Will be the male but make sure he can swim and eat well. I was able to get mine paired up and hosting in my RBTA in about a week.

Is the RBTA shy? let c it? Just jokin man check out the link i put up for u in teh other post of yours.

Good Luck
