Is my tank ready for soft coral?

Hello,

I have a small 20 gallon aquarium with nothing in it but some bare rock. This tank was originally going to be a quarantine setup so it has no sand. It was only ever home to a single fish and some rock from a previous tank for a couple of weeks as a temporary home while I got my main display setup. Tank reads at 1.025 salinity, 8.0 pH, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and 0 nitrates. I want to use it as a fishless tank for just soft coral like Green Star Polyps and Xenia. I really want these corals, but don't want them in my main tank since they can be invasive. Any advice for me? I've never had coral before, but I'd like to try a few hardy species before I start stocking my main tank.

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Chris

Chris,
Sounds like your tank is ready for some soft corals..
In general soft corals are really pretty easy to take care of..

Go for it man.
