Is my toadstool shedding

Hey, I just wanted to know if my toadstool is shedding, I know this is normal but non of it polyps are extending

It might be getting ready to shed. Having a lot of chaotic flow surrounding the coral will help speed up this process.

maybe its shedding give it a little bit more flow...
