Is my yellow box fish okay?!?! White spots! Please help

Kinda hard to tell from the picture. This little guy won't hold still long enough for pictures usually :/ There were no spots last night, just looked at em today and notice my boxfish has white "pimple"a on him. What could this be?

Kinda hard to tell from the picture but could be ich. Kinda looks like what I had on my hippo tang. Again hard to tell exactly as the picture is kinda blurry.
