Is Premium Aquatics having email troubles?

Or is it just me?

I tried to make an order on Tuesday morning by e-mailing sales at premium aquatics, no response. I had asked for shipping costs Friday, but thought it might have gotten confused because I split my order, so I wasn't concerned that I got no response to that one. I emailed to ask if there was anything wrong with my order yesterday morning, and still no response. As recently as a week ago, I have emailed them twice at the exact same address and got responses from Jeremy. This week, nothing.

I would have just used the web to order, but the stock list lists 100 lbs of live sand that you can't pick up on the web site. It was there for the 6/9 update and the update yesterday, so I needed to email to explain that I wanted live sand. I used the web order last Friday and got my dry goods on Tuesday. That order went perfectly.

This is my first actual post on Reef Central. Up to now I just lurked.

We are not having any email problems other then trying to keep up, but i would say 2 day max wait for a respond and most emails same day responded to.

I believe I know your email and i forwarded to Jeremy and he was going to call you, because it was getting confusing exactly what livestock you needed via email, so we wanted to just go over everything with you on the phone. Livestock can be hard sometimes with email.

Thank you for the reply, Jason. I wasn't concerned until it hit the third business day without an apparent response. It just didn't match my prior experience and I was concerned that my email wasn't getting delivered, especially as yahoo was making drastic changes to their service this week. I would have called, but I am at work the hours PA is open.
