Is someone eating my Xenia?!

Around one week ago, I noticed that my Xenia had started to pull itself in for most of the day, when it had been growing rapidly. The only recent additions at the time were a few peppermint shrimp to get rid of some aiptasia. I started watching the tank a lot closer, and noticed that I had an emerald crab picking at the heads, so I removed him. The crab has been out for the past five days, and the Xenia is still pulled in. Could someone else be bothering it, or is it still recovering?

various snails
