is something wrong with my Condy?

my condy has been doing fine since i got him a month ago or so. he's in a 30gl well established tank with good water parameters.

in the past day or two, his tentacles have gotten shorter and really thick. his foot has gotten really bloated and it's almost see-through. he's also moved to a much different spot in the tank. previously, he's never moved in the month that i've had him.

i've attached pictures below. is there something wrong with him and if so, is there anything i can do?

yeah, i've been feeding it a small amount of silverside twice a week and it always eats well. last night it didn't eat it at all. it just dropped the food.

I've read some reports of anemone deaths after feeding silversides. But then, some feed their anemones silversides for years with no problems. Do you have anything like mysis or krill you could try?

How close is it to that powerhead? From the picture looks like it is pretty close, and that they tentacles got sucked into it.
