A few things to note:
1. Based on the description of Marine velvet, it almost looks like it, but, the fish is not acting like that's what it has (it's not lethargic in fact it's much more active than usual).
2. it is much more active than normal.
3. It's not eating much , if at all.
4. it's isolating itself, staying in hiding in caves or out of site.
5. no other fish show signs of sickness. at least visually, both are eating and remaining active.
6. No new livestock other than corals has been added in the last month.
7. The visual signs on the grama are around a dozen blue dots on the face of the grama and a few specs on the fins as shown in the pics.
