Is Starboard same as cutting board material

I'm thinking of doing a BB in my new setup. There are perfect size cutting boards at my local supermarket. This looks to be the same material. Does anyone know if it is?- Thanks

I can't tell the difference. I bought my starboard at a marine supply website, but if my tank were smaller I wouldn't hesitate to use cutting board as long as it didn't have any antibacterial or antifungal properties advertised.
