Is that Oodinium or Ich?

Hi guys, i'm having some problems with my pink skunk fishes, do you think the white spots, are oodinium or just ich?

Either way, I'd get them out of the DT (along with all other fishes) and get some cupramine started!

I lost the small skunk, and already ordered the cupramine, arrive in 2 days.

I have a new tank, that i will use to apply cupramine in my fishes, this new tank has substrate and few rocks, is it true that i will lost the substrate after apply cupramine?
