No. No ASM comes like that unless you tell the manufacturer(25 extra)+ you will need a feed pump of your own. Or the person selling one moded it themselves as a recirculating skimmer.

ASMs do not come Modded out of the factory. You have to request the mod for additional fees.

I was looking over on the ASM club forum and saw at least two customers whose recirc holes didn't line up with the pump. So buyer beware with those. Also, keep in mind you can't run them externally because they'll leak.
