well its getting warmer and the chillers willl be running, hopfully no one will have any problems but if needed i can repair most chillers, or any other a/c or refridgeration needs. i also will make some repairs for trade.

I like to stay cool myself and keep my place at around 70-72 so no chiller is needed but if my 5 ton A/C goes on the blink, I know who to call.

my chiller has been making some weird noises for the past month or so. sounds like a squeeky belt or something. any ideas?

I could have used you yesterday! Paid $242 for a leak repair and freon top off for the house unit!

hey joey,

try blowing out the condencer coil and wiping off the fan blade for the condencer, if its dirty it can make some strange sounds, if the blade is dirty it can throw the blade out of ballance and cause it to rub on the fan shroud, you can use co/2 , compressed air , or nitrogen to blow it out , you may have to do some disasembly to access the fan.

thats not too bad depending on the size of the unit, the going rate for most companys is around $65 plus $25 truck charge and parts at a 30 to 50% markup, and use of extras like torch's, vacum pumps, recovery units, and freon disposal.
