Is there a Tang I can add?

90 gallon SPS tank

Current inhabitants:
Coral Beauty, Yellow Tang, Clrki Clown, Blueheaded Wrasse, Royal Gramma.

I had a Blue Hippo, but passed on to the great aquarium in the sky.

Also thinking about another Wrasse?

You could add a Kole or a Tomini, but I would stop there as far as Tangs are concerned. Yellow Tangs can be real a-holes, especially when it comes to sharing a tank with other Tangs. Look here for a few more options:

Most people wont recommend it but maybe a scopas , or some sort of bristle-tooth tang side note my personal favorite is the white tail http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+43+3130&pcatid=3130

I think your yellow tang is going to preclude adding any other tangs to your tank.
