Is there an issue with the USA website

I have had trouble with the website today. It keeps telling me it's not secure and do I want to submit or cancel when I try to log in. If I tell it to submit, it never completes the log in process.

Not that I see - shows fine for me, able to login.
Do you have a screenshot you can post?

The screen shot would just show my user name and blanked out password. Every time I submit information I keep getting the same warning “the site is not secure do I want to cancel or submit my information. I even requested a new password, put my email and typed it the code and it does nothing?

Seems to be safari that is having the issue. Works fine with chrome
