Is there any chance of saving my brain

Well, it's official....I'm an idiot. I put my new acan too close to my open brain and the acan stung it last night. About a quarter of the brain's tissue is melting. Is there anything I can do to try to save it?

Yes. Do everything that you are supposed to do to keep it in good health when it's not been stung. This includes not placing it next to your acan

Feed it well after you see it perk back up.

i dropped a pair of 10" tongue on my open brain. the tips went right through it, it was fine. deflated for a day or so and is huge again.

The tissue has sloughed on a spot about the size of a nickel leaving skeleton exposed. I'm afraid it will lose more tissue before it is over as there is still quite a bit of damaged tissue left. Should I use a turkey baster to blow off the damaged area?

I normally feed my lps 2-3x a week. How often should I feed the brain to encourage healing?

I am so happy to hear there is hope. I was afraid that it was a lost cause. Thanks everyone for your help so far!
