Is this a disease on my new Flame Wrasse?

The female has two white spots, one on the anal and one on the tail fin. The male has one on the tail fin.

Pictures are not clear enough. Describe appearance of spots and behavior of fish.

They just look like a white spot on the bottom of the fins. fish acting totally normal, eating like crazy

from a distance it looks like lympho, which is a non-serious virus that will go away on its own with good husbandry (clean water and vitamins in food).

But as Steve, said, a closer and more clear picture will help tremendously to make sure of that.

Keep an eye on the spot and report back if more appear or if it starts to look like the fin is rotting away or any other appearance / behavior changes.

If the spot persists (7 days or longer), it is likely to be lymphocystis.
