...and if so, when they say aggressive, can they damage fish?

Yes it is a Green Tip Torch. Its aggressive in the fact that it can sting other corals possibly harming/killing them. I've had Clowns live inside mine before but they do get some sting marks from it.

It can get some pretty long sweepers too, especially at night, so watch out for corals that are down current.

I got same, and the tip hit to my acans, some of the acan's heads died.
