Is this a rhodactis?

Got this little guy for $5 but they didn't know what it was. I'm thinking a very small rhodactis mushroom? How should it be cared for? It's about the size of a nickel fully expanded.

Rhodactis covers a whole lot of mushrooms. Not all of them get big enough to eat a fish. If it is frilly or fuzzy looking it is probably a rhodactis.

It's pretty small, about the size of a dime, so it's hard to tell if it's fuzzy but it has fringes around it that looks almost look like little tentacles but they don't move like flower nems do.
