The guy at the LFS said this was a spaghetti but I think it is a tree coral??

Either way,

I have it placed at the top of the tank away from other corals, it is only about 15inches below the 250DE halides. Coral is open and happy, but I want to make sure I am OK with this placement!!!

Actually just measured the very top is only about 2 inches below the water, so the tip of the coral is only 11 inches away from the lights. I hope this OK, I really like the placment!!

Both names are common and mean very little in terms of identification. Look up sinularia. Very adaptable as far as lighting is concerned although you may want to slowly acclimate it to halide lighting depending on what the LFS kept it under.
