Is this aiptasia?

Could anyone please tell me whether this little white colour sunflower looking thing on liverocks is indeed aiptasia? Sorry about the picture may not be very cleared it is in the centre of the photo.

IMO No not what is commonly referred to Aiptasia, but some kind of nem and all have a pretty strong sting to other corals and can overtake your tank fairly quickly once well established.
