Is this brown jelly disease?

I have this hammer for less than a week. One side has recinded completely last nite and today I notice some tissue have turned brown colour. I scrapped off the brown bit but underneath is also brown/dark colour. Is this brown jelly disease?

If it is brown jelly disease does it mean my whole tank is infected now? What treatment can I do for my display tank? What type of corals would be infected by brown jelly disease? Sorry about all these questions I have never dealt with this disease before and dont want to lose my whole tank of corals.

I can't answer all of your questions, but this is what I know - (or I think I know)... someone I'm sure will correct me if I'm wrong.

Brown Jelly works fast. Like the coral will be dead within a couple of days of infection.
IT seems to attack Euphyllias mostly but I suspect it can attack Bubbles too.

I would be concerned about that weird looking tissue. How long has it been like that? Have you tried a dip (Coral Rx / Coral Revive)? That wouldn't really help Brown Jelly but might take care of some pests.

Is this a wall hammer? They are difficult to keep & generally don't last long term. I had one last a year & won't try another.

Check your salinity, Mg, Ca, & Alk. They don't like high phosphates & that will also cause recession. I'm not sure if you can bring it back but it's worth a shot at least.

Thanks for all your input. I noticed it starts to recind 2 days ago. Yesterday I saw a bit of brown stuff on it so I took it out and put it in a bucket. I smelled it just now as suggested and it does not smell anything, hence, no stinky smell. Could it just be being wall hammer and dying rather than brown jelly disease then?
