Is this brown jelly disease?

I've treated with revive, scrubbed with tooth brush and blasted with turkey Baster and it just keeps coming back, please help.

Looks like it could be. Read this and try it. BJD is a bacterial infection and the best treatment for it is iodine dips. Still no guarantee you'll save the coral, but it's the best thing you can try.
