Is this dinoflagellates that is bothering my bird's nest coral?

Is this dinoflagellates that is bothering my bird's nest coral? They come out when light is on.
I thought dino is on sand first. My sand is clean (maybe the sand sifter is working to hard.)

Could be dinos but the only true way to identify is with a microscope. You can get them on amazon for $15. Anything else is just a guess. FYI depending on the species they will eithe hug the sand or go into the water column as they are light sensitive
 
Looks a lot like Dinos. Use a baster to blast them clean. Start running carbon as they put something poisonous into the water. Mine cleared out with a UV sterilizer but it has to be a good one like those BRS sells. 1 watt per 2 gallons.
