Is this fish sick?

I went to check on my fish in quarantine this morning and saw my fairy wrasse covered in this. Is this her normal slime coat or is she sick?

I've also got a tang that is scratching often but has show no visible signs of ich in the past 8 days

Wrasse cover themseves in that slime when they sleep to cover theyr scent so that otther predators wont find them.When they wake up they start to eat the slime.

Very interesting. My tang keeps scratching which I know can be a sign of ich but it hasn't shown any visible signs. Ive had it in hypo and been doing ttm. Could she be scratching for another reason?
