Is this HLLE?

Snap, In the HT I had a yellow tang look like this after copper dosing, only the patches were somewhat bloodshot. He's in the middle of a Chloroquine treatment now.
The bloodshot effect has disappeared and dare I say it, I think he looks more healthy. As for what it is, I don't know but I'd sure like to.
The other thing I have read about discerning HLLE, is that it seems with the yellow tang, it generally affects the dorsal fin initially, but obviously that isn't the only way it can happen.

I just read this article as I was looking for causes/cures. I actually started using Activated Carbon about 3 weeks ago. API Activated Carbon...Assuming its a cheapish brand and definitely dusty.

I'm going to remove the carbon tonight, and start extra vitamins for a few weeks until they look better.
