I bought this Royal blue pygmy angel 4 days ago and and had to transport him 4 hours back home in insulated bucket. I noticed today that there are 2 white specks on his body, one above the pectoral fin and the other near the anal fin on his belly. They appear to be on top of the skin and very white. I freshwater dipped him for 3 minutes and the white specks were still there afterwords. If anyone can tell from the pictures what this may be and if/how i can treat it that would be great. My tank is a year old Biocube 14 and all specs are in check. Thanks so much
