The fish is getting lethargic , is this Ich or Velvet...??

It doesn't look like ich to me. Don't know if it's velvet but does appear to be parasitic. Treat now. If you can't catch him and put him in QT then treat the DT with Herbtana. Safe for mixed reef; I've used it many times.

Ill pull him out of the freezer every now and then...
