Is this Ich (see pic)?

My hippo tang has developed white bumps all over his body. None of my other fish seemed to be effected (2-wrasses, 4-clowns, 1- potters and a reef cat).

I have a quarantine tank up and ready to go if this is ich. Of course catching him is another thing.

Looks like ich. my roommate has two blue hippos, and they get ich often. About once every six months to a year. He doesn't take them out, they just get over it. Then again, all of his water parameters are really good, and he has tons of flow, about 40 turnovers per hour.
