Is this ich? What is this!?

There's one white spot located behind the front fin (sorry i dont know the correct name of it)

2 new ocellaris clowns in QT for about 5 weeks. Only the orange one has the 1 spot on it currently. They have been eating well with no issues.

Treated one round of prazi 2 weeks ago as preventative measure.

Is this the beginning of ich or something else? I only notice the one white spot. I've noticed over the past 3 days that the spot has become more noticeable.

Could be just a raised/dead scale. If it persists for more than a week, it's not crypto (ich).
