Just appeared overnight on my volitan and radiata lionfish. I am wondering if it could be from feeding FW ghost shrimp or possibly the addition of a potter's angelfish. Does it look like Ich to you?
Looks like ich to me. Get him quarantined and treat him and the Potters Angel. Haven't had ich in over 10 years, so I really couldn't tell you much more then to get them out of the main tank.
