Is this ick on my angel's tail? Hopefully you can see it well enough it was harder than I thought it would be to get a good picture. She has been in Qt for over a week now and I just noticed it today. If it is ick is it better to use copper or do hypo treatment on angelfish? thanks

looks like lymphocytis to me more than ich but the picture is bad
