Is this Lymph?

different size lumps on body and fins. have had in with copper for couple weeks so likely not ick even the smaller ones on fins.
if lymph any new remedies to speak of? I know in the past to let the fish just deal with it and it could normally run its course. haven't had to deal with this in years.

If the lumps persist for more than a week, then you are correct that it's unlikely to be crypto. Lymphocystis is usually self-limiting with good diet and water quality.
