Is this mushroom feeding?

Hi all.

I took this picture the other night. Apologies that it's not the best picture in the world, I really need a better camera.
The mushroom closed up for a very short period of time....Is it feeding?

It looks like it is. Is it a hairy mushroom of some type?

not 100% sure what type if mushroom it is.

looks like it just closed up for the night. mine do that every once in a while. sometimes they stay open, sometimes they close up tight, you never know.
