Looks like regular blue mushrooms (Actinodiscus sp.) .
The rock around it is very bright, do you have it up high? What kind of light do you have? They do look a little unhappy. Try moving it down in your tank to a less lit spot.

I have to keep my mushrooms on the bottom of the tank and sometimes that isnt even low enough to keep them happy.

i have an led setup. 12 white 12 blue. moved him to the bottom and into a little shade.

I moved them to the bottom and in a little shade. The little ones grew about 4 times original size overnight. And one in the pics is still the same. So I moved some rocks around to give him a little more shade.

it's open just all wrinkled like that and the center part, the eye i guess is popping out which it hasn't done. i'll take some pics later today, im waiting for my new lense.

the shrooms are more than likely trying to acclimate themselves to ur LED lights...
how deep is ur tank and how high off the top of the take is ur LED fixture?
may take days or weeks, so be patient and don't move them too much...pretty soon you'll have some happy "wide open" blue shrooms

lights r 12 inches off the water and the shrooms r about 18 inches deep.
and they look red and green and blue and with lights on neon green.
