Is this normal for BTA's ??

I just got this BTA and I put him on top of the rocks hoping he would be in good view but he went under the bottom side of the rock overnight !! My clown took right to him as you can see but, doesn't BTA's require alot of lighting !?

Yes, it is normal. It will move to a spot it likes. Yes BTA do require a good amount of light. What kind of light do u have?

mines did the same until it found it's favorite spot...hopefully not to close to the heater like mine did.

mine did the same... I just moved the rock it attached to so it got more light and it hasn't moved since...

They naturally live in crevices. It gives them more protection from predators.
