A few months ago I bought my first zoo frag of about 10-15 polyps. They were open for about 2 weeks and then closed up for 3-4 days, then they opened up and I noticed some new growth. Several more polyps started growing. Just recently they all closed up for a few days and now opened with more growth. Is it normal for zoos to close up while going through a growth spurt? Tank parameters remained stable the whole time.
