Looks OK, you might want to make the baffle between the macro-algae section and the return the same height as the opposing side to even out the flow through both sides. But, it could be I am thinking about it wrong.

Make sure that the return lines are not sucking any air. Try to be sure that all bubbles have had a chance to pop before getting to the return pump. Other wise, I'm not sure I understand your question.

oh let me correct you, i get no bubbles back to the tank but i have bubble comming through return to the sump. or maybe that is just the way it suppose to be.

By the way My return pipes are in water and not running through a sock, i tried the sock and it makes splashing sound so i just ran the pipe into the water, and now i get little tiny bobbles popping in the cabinen, for now it is nothing but i notices when the bubbles pop they spray around i am worried about my new painted wall

Why do you want rubels in your sump? Gold coins would be more innert and safer from inflation.

You really don't want a waterfall after the last bubble-trap baffel. The waterline of your return compartment should be level with your bubble-trap.

I also find it's best to avoid acute angles. It starts to trap things and can be harder to clean.

Otherwise, looks fine.

Your bubble trap is fine, just lift it up a inch off the bottom so the water flows under it, add one trap in the skimmer area aswell same way a inch off bottom, try to get your glass cut a little smaller then the inside of the sump so adding silcone is easyer, and the galss sits straighter, other then that you have the exact sump I have, good luck
