Is this too much current for my acros?

I have a tunze turbelle 6045 blowing directly onto a couple acros from about 14 inches away...it seems to be blasting them...is this too much flow for them? (is that possible?)...

Yes, you want strong indirect flow, or youll blow the polyps right off of them.

I agree. dont want to hurt those acros.

at 14 inches some acros would be just fine but most will be annoyed also its too laminar all the flow coming from one direction 24/7 its not natural.

I redirected the flow away from them a bit...the problem is it's only a 75 and it starts a regular tornado in there with these 6045's...I've just bought a 6 foot tank that I'm about to move my things into...so that should allow me to do more with flow...and of course it would be nice to do controllers some day...but that's not a reality for me right now.
