Is this uronema?

Tinkeri butterfly in QT has developed these marks on it. Is it uronema or something else? The photo is the best one I could get. The spots are reddish in color. One spot on the other side tool

What a great fish. I feel it's too early to tell what those spots are and if indeed they require medication. I would wait for some more posts, contact Bob Fenner at Wetwebmedia.com and stock up on treatments for vibrio, uronema & infections.

These spots are now visible blood spots. I think it is a parasite but don't know what kind or what to treat with. Any ideas?

Thanks for the link It looks more like an internal bacterial infection. It suggests using Maracyn 2 or Erythromycin. I don't have either on hand but I don have Nitrofuracin Green. Should I start using this now and get one of the other two tomorrow? I do have some Dr G's anti bacterial food that I will add selcon and start feed today. The active ingredient in it is kanamycin and metronidazole. I hope he eats it

Haven't been able to get updated pic yet. Fish is eating great and swimming normal with not other signs or problems.

I wouldn't start one antibiotic and then switch to another a day later. No point in doing that. If he's eating ok and you are sure you can the meds tomorrow then I would start tomorrow. Keep water super clean and feed vitamin enriched food until tomorrow.
