How old is your tank? It's not uncommon to have a hair algae bloom in a young tank. While a reactor would be a nice thing to have, if it's a young tank it's probably not a necessary expense. Do regular water changes for a while, measure your nutrients, get some blue legged hermits and/or lawnmower blenny and see how things go for a bit. As the tank ages, providing good maintenance, there's a good chance it'll go away on it's own.
Also, posting your tank params when asking for help is never a bad thing (not that I'm that great about it either)
