It hurt. All of it is bad, but Shakes was the worst loss. I had been working towards something and it all came to a stop. I tried to do too much in just a few days. Signing on the house on a Wed. Continuing the moving process with four more trips that week(end) between the cities, changing sand beds (and having to wait on sand), changing my sump on the 125 without being prepared to do so, etc. If I had only put them all in the tubs like I said I was going to. Too many trips back right after moving them and starting a new job on the following Monday (had been here 5 days, though was in Nashville for some of those five days).
Oh well. Moving on bigger and better. Jenn would kill me if I mentioned upgrading tank sizes now (not to mention being gunshy of moving anything right now
), but I get to increase my system. I am poking through a wall to feed a centralized sump, etc., in the closet-gotta get equipment out of the living room. The Pan World 250PS came in today so now I have to figure out what to do... I was planning a temporary setup of the skimmer and reactor in the sunroom (shares an open area that was at one time a wall, if that makes any sense) until I could get the room finished, but I want to combine both systems right now to let the monster filtration benefit both systems (and to make my life easier). No idleness here (maybe the devil's playground, though). I'm a glutton for punishment...
