Isopods, good or bad?

Hey reefers,

Just wondering your thoughts on Isopods? Do the serve any benefit? I've noticed more and more in my tank.

Does anything eat them?

Most are great to have feeding on algae,etc.... some aren't the best to have (cirolanid type can feed/hurt fish).
