I used a Canon S2IS in super macro with the flash for the first one.

The second two I used the same camera with a reversed 50mm lens and a chepo $20 external slave flash. on an equally cheap flash bracket. Those aren't cropped either, full frame. The detail in the unresized photo is unreal.
