Thank you very much!, which model are you looking at?

SWEET!!!

I love your shots. Mind sharing your settings with us. Shutter, aperature, flash?

My tank shots never some out like those.

When I shoot corals I shoot real slow with an f-stop of about 22 for maximum sharpness, when I shoot fish however I use a hand held strobe unit (sometimes I mount it on a tripod), exposure is somewhere around 1/200 sec @ F/10 ISO 100, flash is set to manual at about 1/8 - 1/16 of full power (for fast recycling).

I will probably try to get my hands on a d50, if not then a 70.

If you can afford it then try to hold out for the D70/D70s, it's much more camera than the D50 model.

Very impressive shots.

Did you use a filter on that lense?

I think I should start playing with my D200 and nikon 105mm/f2.8. If I could find time without my son pulling my arm to play with him.

Thanks, no filter ... the last shot was a long exposure under moonlights. I usually shoot most of my shots with my right hand because my son is always pulling on my left.
