Jaebo RW-4 Glass Thickness

I have 1/2 inch thick glass and was wondering if the RW-4 will hold on the back wall? I really don't want large pumps on the back wall shooting into the front glass because that almost always makes the sand pile up in the middle of the tank and renders 6 inches of bare bottom glass at the front of the tank even with tall tanks (at least that is what I see happening).

Thanks in advance, I tried to do a search but didn't come up with anything.

I have 2 RW-4s on my sides that measure 11/16" acrylic. Doesn't snap together strongly like with thinner glass/acrylic but the suction part of the inside mount helps it stay in place. I can easily remove the outside magnet and the pump stays in place.
Actually I can easily knock the pump off the inside mount if I'm not careful while scraping algae off the sides.

Seems to be quite a bit stronger than the MP10 3/8 inch limit.

No vortechs in my future for the back glass it seems.

Maybe I'll add a wave box in one of the corners so I can brag that I've got a tunze, vortech, jaebo and gyre all in the same tank.

Mine are doing fine on 1/2" glass. They will move easier if you bump them, but they're not going to fall off.
